TeamElement -- a collection of dedicated gamers who play various tactical, strategy, and cooperative online games. The team is grouped into individual Gaming Squads, spanning several game titles the squads participate in.
Formed in Feb 1999, we were the first online gaming team to incorporate membership across multiple games. Our team is not bound to a single game, as many "clans" are today.
In an effort to unite gamers with similar interests into a single cohesive unit, TeamElement is particular about its membership -- inviting only serious, talented, multiplayer gamers with good character. The goal is to remain intact and continue to prosper as an online entity -- regardless of the game-of-the-month.
As a team, TeamElement makes every effort to be professional -- basing itself on sound rules of conduct and aligning itself with the spirit of good sportsmanship and member loyalty.
There are no "Rambos" here. We understand what a "team" is and what that means -- something that extends beyond just being on the same "side."

Membership Base Requirements
If you are interested in joining our team, please understand that we extend memberships by invite only. As such, the team does not have "tryouts" perse'. Instead, the members prefer they get to know the person first. It is very important that everyone fits in the team socially and is like-minded. Base requirements include:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be willing to purchase games, hardware, and other computing accessories in order to keep current with the team.
- Must meet and game with other members at least once per week (absence not to exceed two weeks) -- excluding special circumstances.
- Must not maintain enrollment in any other team/clan that plays or competes using any of the games currently active in our team.
